About
I'm heiwa - a freelance digital artist from Poland. I have experience with making illustrations, character design and emotes for Twitch.
I use Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop and After Effects.
TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
･ You must be 18 years old or older to commission work from me.
･ I can decline your order if I am not able to meet the expectations.
･ My art style is constantly evolving. Keep in mind there might be some minor differences between the samples and the art you will get.
･ I prohibit usage of my art for AI learning and for NFTs.
PAYMENTS
･I will work on the commission after receiving a full payment.
･I accept payments only via VGen payment system or Paypal.
･For commercial use I charge a fee of +100% of the total price.
･For merchandise I charge a fee of +200% of the total price.
REVISIONS
･Character pose and facial expression changes are only available at the sketching stage.
･Any mistakes due to my oversight will be fixed for free.
･I will send you WIPs at least 3 times. You can ask about your commission status anytime you want.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
･Waiting time for an order is 1 week - 2 months, depending on type of commission, design complexity and the number of orders I have.
･You will be informed of how long the order might take after I accept your commission.
･I will not continue the work until the sketch is approved. Please keep in mind this can extend the time of delivery.
･I will send you finished commission as a .zip file.
USE
･My commissions are for personal and social media use only, except if you pay a fee for commercial/merchandise use. *
･You are not allowed to edit, trace or claim my art as your own.
*Emotes for twitch/youtube/discord use are considered non-commercial.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
･I maintain all the rights to my works.
･If you want commission to be made private, please inform me before I start working on it.
･Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me (heiwheiwa; the artist).
REFUNDS
･You can get a 50% refund of a total price during the sketch phase. I do not allow any refunds after.
･If I cannot finish the commission within indicated time, then I will refund you a full price.
COMMISIONS
All prices shown below are for non-commercial purpose. *
Commercial use (promo art, game asset etc.) - +100% of total price
Merchandise use (prints, artbooks etc.) - +200% of total price
*emotes can be used on streams without additional fees
